Review: Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick - Apricot Fantasy

**Scheduled Post**

I've had this lipstick for about a month now and I am so loving this shimmery peachy nude lipstick. It applies on smooth and even. If I want a more peachy feel then I'll put 2 layers on. However, most of the time I just put on 1 layer and then top it off with my NYC liquid lip shine in pink sand. Moving forward, this is what the lippie looks like:

Here is a swatch of the lipstick (left) and the NYC Pink Sand lipgloss (right):

And here's how the lipstick looks on me:

Pros:
- Shimmery
- The color
- It doesn't wear off too quickly
- Price ($5-$6)

Cons:
- Not very pigmented

I give this lippie a 4.5 out of 5 chickens! I definitely would buy this one again. I want to try a matte nudy too - any suggestions?

very nice! I always liked the Revlon Super Lustrous line! I own three of the lipglosses but I don't have any of the lipsticks

This looks quite pretty on the picture. I find that Superlustrous lipsticks have too much variation and inconsistencies in the formula. A lot of the ones that I've got are misses for me so I don't think I would repurchase anymore. Saving my money for better lippies.

have you tried the new revlon colorburst line? the formula is much more pigmented than the super lustrous lone yet very comfortable. if you want nude you should try the shade soft nude.
